At HR with Heart, I honour your time, energy and commitment and I ask the same in return. This policy ensures mutual respect and clarity for all bookings.
Refund Policy - the basics
Full refunds: You may cancel your session for a full refund up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling Only: Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of your appointment are not eligible for a refund, but you may reschedule once at no extra cost.
No Refunds or Rescheduling: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Rescheduling Guidelines
Rescheduling must be requested via email or phone call at least 24 hours in advance.
You may reschedule once per booking.
Additional changes require a new booking.
Late Arrivals and No-Shows
Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. If you're more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or forfeited without refund.
No-shows are considered cancellations and are non-refundable.
Exceptions
I understand that life happens. In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, I may offer flexibility at my discretion. Please reach out with honesty and compassion.
